Make sure that you are also running the latest version of your graphics driver. Hi theylmun, I have just upgraded to version 5.5i and Phoenix is now running okay on Windows 10. I cant believe if this is a windows update issue that we are the only ones having problems. Guess my decision a month or so ago to go with phoenixrc vs realflight was the wrong decision. I found it on the same server where you can manual download the update files from 5.0 to 5.5 and it appears safe (meaning not tampered / virus filled). I fixed it when I stumbled upon a zip file containing what appears to be a Phoenix 5.5 DVD. ![]() even the support email that I got from phoenixrc, my email client says its invalid. I had this same problem with my Phoenix 5. Another question, do you know of any forum related to any questions on phoenixrc? I know alot of people that use phoenixrc but I don't understand why it is so hard to find any forum or support site. my other computer that does work is not windows 10pro. do you have windows 10 pro? I have a surface 3 tablet which is what is not working and it has windows 10 pro. the problem seems to be in the window update. ![]()
